A Child’s Imagination

“Logic will take you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” – Einstein

Love love love these t-shirts from my class. It is always a joy to see what these precious 4 – 8 year old students will create.

So when I was asked to share more of their designs from the Blue Gel Glue Batik post, I was thrilled.

I wanted the children to use their own imaginations and come up with a design that they wanted to paint instead of giving them the subject matter.

Friends, I am so excited to unveil the finished deigns the children made and celebrate them.

Can’t help but smile! May their work brighten your day too!!! 🙂

May we all embrace what Bette Fetter, Author of ‘Being Visual’ says,
“Art cannot be seen or shared if it stays in one’s imagination.”

Glory to God, the Creator of us all!

Exodus 35:30-35 (NIV)
Then Moses said to the Israelites, “See, the Lord has chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood and to engage in all kinds of artistic crafts. And he has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamak, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others. He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.

Keep connected to find joy in the little things in life, drawing techniques, fun projects from home school art class, more DIY projects, Christmas ornaments, and give-a-ways. Yes, GIVE-A-WAYS!!! I’ll be sending these things out by email, so if you are not on my email list yet then you can sign up in the column (below my photograph). Thank you for reading and I’ll see you in the next post!

Share the joy,
♥ Michelle
